Drones are seemingly everywhere, making these unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) well suited as connected car companions since they can serve as our eyes in the skies to scout ahead for traffic problems, relay vital information on emergency situations to public safety officials and first responders and quickly deliver critical supplies to the scene of an accident.
